RestaurantInvoiceAuditor is in early access. Nothing is for sale yet and no accounts are open. You can join the waitlist and we will email you when it opens.
1. Upload your invoices
Add the invoices you get from your food and supply vendors. Photos or files of the invoices are the starting point.
2. We read the line items
Each invoice is broken into items, quantities and prices, so that the same product can be followed from one delivery to the next.
3. Prices are compared over time
An item that costs more than the last time you bought it, or a total that does not match its lines, is marked for your attention. This is how gradual price creep becomes visible.
4. You review the flags
You get a short list of lines worth a second look. Whether a charge is an error, a price change you agreed to, or a market move is your call.
Good to know
The service is in early access, so these steps describe the design, not a live product.
Flags are prompts to check, not findings of fault.
